It's Fashion queen Donatella Versace. If you look closely, you can see her nose actually collapsed.

It was due to her cocaine habit. Yep, her addiction caused her septum to be eaten away. It was the result of her "snorting" drugs for 17 years that her nose finally took a toll on her.. Damn, that scared the freak outta me.
So don ever do cocaine....ever!
